We ship across the United States from US-based fulfilment. Nothing crosses an ocean to reach you.
Processing time
Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin processing the next business day.

The delivery window is counted from dispatch, not from when the order was placed. Add the 1–2 day processing window to estimate arrival — so most orders land within 3–7 days of checkout.
The free shipping threshold is calculated on your cart subtotal after any discounts and before tax.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US territories
We deliver to all of them at the same rates, including free shipping over $100, but add 7–12 business days to the estimate above.
How rugs ship
Rugs ship rolled in a long carton. If your order also contains something small like a pillow or a rug pad, the two may travel separately and arrive on different days — you'll get separate tracking for each. Free shipping still applies to the whole order.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. If it hasn't arrived within 24 hours of the dispatch confirmation, check your spam folder before contacting us.
Where we ship
All 50 US states, plus Puerto Rico and US territories. We currently do not ship to Canada, Mexico or internationally.
PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses: we can ship smaller items, but larger rugs require a street address.
If something goes wrong
Damaged in transit, wrong item, or a package marked delivered that never arrived — email contact@horizonrugs.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo where relevant, and we'll sort it out.
