5. Products, colour and sizing
Products are available exclusively online through this website and may be available in limited quantities.
We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any colour will be accurate, and natural variation between production runs is normal.
Product dimensions are given as nominal sizes. Minor variation in finished dimensions is inherent to woven products and is not considered a defect.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer, to discontinue any product at any time, and to limit sales to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.
6. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Shipping is included in the price for orders delivered within the United States; international shipping is calculated at checkout.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product has been listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or pricing error. Where an order is cancelled for this reason, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation.
7. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier.
