Business activity
Horizon Rugs is an online retailer of outdoor rugs and related outdoor living products, selling to consumers in the United States. Our activity is not subject to authorisation, licensing or supervision by a professional or regulatory body.
Consumer dispute resolution
The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 following the adoption of Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. There is therefore no ODR platform link to provide.
We are not obliged to participate in, and do not currently participate in, dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. We deal with all complaints directly and aim to resolve them quickly — please contact us at contact@horizonrugs.com in the first instance.
Consumers resident in the EEA can find national alternative dispute resolution bodies through the European Commission’s consumer redress pages. Consumers resident in the United States retain all rights available to them under applicable federal and state consumer protection law.
